Will the sunrise tomorrow?
I sit and wonder if the sun will rise without you tomorrow
I sit and wonder will my heart ever release this sorrow
Were the promises made just for time to borrow
Time to get to the place you know where you belong because it is an eternity until tomorrow
You know, damned well, with every beat of your heart.
You will be empty while we are apart
I am ashamed of my foolishness but this pain I did not start
Because my morals your charms caused me to depart
So easy for you to accept my surrender
Everything that I am I did render
Onto you , unselfishly to you, everything I tendered
But at the price of my heart and soul to destroy I thought you could never
But you did, you broke everything, so simply down
Now I sit in darkness on the cold hard ground
Alone without a discernible sound
My queries and pain I now suffocate in and drown
Within all these queries, I wish my love to end quickly
You stole my heart, my life so fiercely
Did you ever really love me or was that provided tersely.
Or was that said completely inversely.
I truly don’t know what to think
All I know is my heart now sinks to a place at the brink
Of never returning to trust a love that I might think
Will ever be true and ever be in sync
I sit and wonder will the sun rise tomorrow
