You Remind Me Some people never get a glimpse of love
Some rarely allow it to enter their gates
Very few find the one that fits like a glove
The one that encompasses as it creates

When life tries to tear my soul apart
When fate passes me to the realm of dark
You alone can find the way to my heart
You remind me of what our life does impart

When death rears its deep, empty head
When I don't think I'll last beyond the pain
You hold me close, safe from its dread
You remind me that you love me, again

When I don't know which way to turn
When I can no longer think or plan
You teach me that there's more to learn
You remind me that you are my man

We've passed so many trials and tests
We've walked always forward, hand in hand
You show me there are more life quests
You remind me that together we'll stand

You remind me - we were meant to be
You remind me - tomorrow's our endeavor
You remind me - hope is ours to see
You remind me - our love will last forever
