Destiny
Ours is a tale centuries old
An existence cursed and future foretold
Destined to chase each other from one life to the next
Searching for true love, our hearts never to connect
In past lives we've been kings, queens and royalty
Bums and servants in poverty
By chance we met, by fate departed
For our punishment was to be brokenhearted
Once we were chefs in a restaurant grand and fine
And we almost cheated destiny with a companionship divine
But our fate allows us not to be together
For we must be apart and chase each other forever
One day when the back of destiny is turned
And the eyes of fate are closed, their silly game will be spurned
We will find each other and a love so grand
Our story will carry across distant lands
Cheating fate and finding love
All under the watch from those above
Our love held back for so long
Will fill the world with its beautiful song
And we'll live forever in harmony
And enter Heaven where our love will forever be
Sailing oceans of diamonds and walking streets of gold
Our love, our journey, the greatest story ever told
