Why won’t she let herself be happy?
Why is she standing in her own way?
Why does she not believe you?
Why can she not trust your words?
She is afraid to get attached or comfortable.
She doesn’t want this to be taken away.
Someone else has taken the spotlight.
Someone else has interfered.
Constant worry has taken peace away from today.
She finds it hard to trust because she has been let down before.
She builds walls, one brick at a time.
She cares too much.
She gives too much.
She helps too much.
She can be so much more.
She can be all that she has dreamed.
She can be all you need her to be.
She is finding who she has been searching for.
We must build trust or this won’t work.
We must communicate when things get tough.
We have to be honest.
We have to heal & get everything out.
She needs you to believe in her, trust her, be honest with her, be her friend & most importantly care about her.
What you do is hurting her when you show you don’t care.
She needs assurance from you.
She needs you to prove yourself as she proves herself.
You must let go of the person standing in the way.
And she must let go of the insecurities.
Letting go is beautiful freedom.
Release the chains that have been holding us down.
Set us free so we may soar.
