My regards There's already sunlight and yet I'm not sleeping
Instead I am writing to you
My mind just keeps wandering, I hear someone weeping
It sounds like a dolorous adieu.

As my pen touches paper I try to remember
Your face, or your voice, or your smell
The last time I saw you was in last year's december
And somehow we got no farewell.

And now I am blinded by memories arising
So equally sad and bright
We were only a misstake you were revising
But we never turned out allright.

It's easy to imagine that our time together
Is something you want to forget
And you will curse with compassion and light this letter
Well, my regards, nevertheless.
