Let Loose, Soldiers!


Trade one Eagle for another-
Hans is John;
Both so firm in conviction,
swallowing wholesale, leaders lies-
crimes committed in ignorance.

Let loose, Soldiers!
Free your mind from propaganda!
See the world as it really is
and let your conscience dictate.

Fate (your soul's) hangs in balance,
the shimmering valance of patriotism
cloaking truth and masking intent-
don't let your soul fall into
torment for crimes YOU commit-
lay down your gun and sit-
say “I am not a killer of women and children”,
be fearless when your soul is in the bargain.
