A Tremendous Heart
The freshness of newly blossomed love has yet to fade with the summer breeze. A shift of celestial patterns dot the empty evening sky. We gaze up towards forever. Our collective future etched into the heavens and extended with the infinite universe beyond. In the reflection of the cratered moon, smooth shadows bounce off the waves of a crisp black ocean. Sparks shoot from a fire as we dance like children, blessed and innocent as we were born. For miles and miles we are met by isolated beauty. Only a glimmer from your iridescent blue eyes guides our path. We walk hand in hand towards a beacon of enduring love. When we rest, I lay you down gently, kiss your soft lips, whisper solemnly, I am sorry again.
