My Rock n Roll Mom....
20:09:2014....
Tonight I herd a medley.
That brought back beautiful memories.
Of me and my mother.
Boy we had fun like none other.
My rock n roll Mom.
We loved every song.
We used to jive all night.
Our souls took flight.
We used to Rock around the clock.
Till the early hours of the mor'n did knock.
And shouted Wake up a little Susie.
Come you're not a floozy.
And then there's the Hound Dog.
We were like road hogs.
Yes we did Shake rattle n roll.
It wasn't a Sunday stroll.
Till one of us said I'm all shook up.
Let's go have a drink out by the truck.
Then we'd come back for Jail House Rock.
Once again dance off our socks.
Don't forget Tooty fruity.
She made us loopy.
Those were the days with my Rock n Roll Mom.
Dancing out the night to every song.
