Ten Verses.... 28:09:2014....

Prayer is most certainly not a spare wheel.
That is only there when we are in need.
It's the steering wheel that guides us through life.
To keep us on the right road and avoid strife.

A car's windshield is big why is that?
Whereas it's rear view mirror is small like a gnat.
Because your past is virtually irrelevant.
And your future is well quite prevalent.

I liken friendship to a book.
It can take years to write a book.
However it requires only a few seconds to burn.
And destroy every good turn.

All things in life are momentary.
Enjoy the good time for soon they will be a mere memory.
Bad times will be there as well.
But they dissipate to like the ocean's swell.

Old friends are gold while new ones are diamonds.
Don't discard old for new for one second.
After all diamonds look best when set in gold.
Cherish both be bold.

When one loses hope you think its the end.
Calm down God's help will mend.
It is only a detour on your road.
And relax you've got just enough load.

When God solves your problems you have faith in Him.
When you solve your problems you conquer sin.
And that's God showing He has faith in you.
To achieve the goal God set out for you to do.

Losing you sight is not your decision.
But never in life lose your vision.
One is a medical condition.
The other is a positive decision.

When we pray for others God bless them.
Right from the root to the leaves on the stem.
When we are blessed and have no reason to fuss.
Remember someone prayed for us.

To worry does not solve even one problem.
It merely erasers the beauty from our garden.
So don't lose one second of sleep.
Its only baggage you'll keep.
