Embrace Expression Ups and downs are no match for me
For my pen and paper in this battle will succeed
The heart is open yet the mind gated
That is until the completion of this poem long awaited

Again I shall embrace expression
Concealment abandoned and honesty employed
Confession is cleansing and writing thrilling
Altogether the process is absolutely fulfilling

Prepare for stories of conflict and harmony alike
All that create excitement and the senses strike
It's due time my potential resurface
After all my pen and paper have a purpose
