Bruises of My Heart I turn and walk away from you
It hurts but it's something I must do
You call my name
But I don't turn back
I know if I do
I'll break down and cry
You told me you love me
But I don't know why
It's not true
It can't be
If you do why would you
Hurt me like you did
You say you're sorry and I almost believe
But I relize
You're just playing me
I turn and walk away from the fire
and slowly walk away
But I know
I'll be in your arms another day
It's always the same.
