Till next time my friend I’m at the lowest point,
With tears running down my face,
The awkward silence surrounding us,
Yu put your arm around me,
The silent tears stop,
I return your comforting hug with a slight smile,
I wish it could last forever,
The feeling of safety, friendship and love,
We released; I have a smile on my face,
I will remember this moment forever,
Now you have gone, out of my sight,
And all I can do is smile,
I wait till the next time we meet,
To say “Thank you for everything”,
And once again you’re gone,
Till next time my friends. . .
