The sun burns my eyes
When from my dreams I stir
Have I been left behind
My dreams leave me unsure

I can fly
In my head

Asleep in bed

What was never there
Or that this love was real
So I could live without despair

What is it about me
That seeks to find love
In those that aren't attracted
To what stirs in my blood
